  • This place is truly incredible. I stumbled across this place while in search for an indoor space to have my daughters birthday party and boy am I glad I did. After communicating through phone and via email with the owner I went in to check out the space and it is amazing. My daughter loved it. The energy is great. The owners and staff are very welcoming, friendly and caring. They work very well with the kids. Great productive fun interaction. The decor is adorable. There is plenty for the kids to do. The overall feel is very comforting. This is a hidden gem. I live about 30 minutes away and I am glad I took the drive, well worth it. They offer so much for kids and a break for parents. The kids look like they are thoroughly enjoying themselves. The owners are amazing, they take pride in there business and It shows. They seem to love what they do and are extremely accommodating. We can not wait to host my daughters birthday party here. This is a place you must come visit. It is awesome here!

  • My 4 year old and another 5 year old girl just had a wonderful Frozen-themed birthday party here, and it was beautiful. What a beautiful space for a Frozen (or really any creative) party! We didn't really need much additional decor. Carole was extremely helpful. The kids (mostly 5 and younger) had lots of things to do and play with. The space was comfortable for adults. It didn't get loud and echo-y like some other play spaces might get. We had about 20 kids and about 25 adults, and it was comfortable. Price is reasonable. Highly recommend for parties!

  • I love this place! The owner, Carole, is friendly and offers great customer service! The location is great and the inside is a perfect layout for kids and parents. I use their Parents' Night (Afternoon/Morning) Out programs and for the price and service, you can't beat it! My daughter loves coming here and she loves the caregivers there.

  • We have had our daughter's birthday party at Pamper&Play for the second time and it was even better than last year. Carole is such a professional who handles all your requests and concerns in the best way. Everything was perfect, whatever she had offered was there. She has a great staff that really helps and the kids feel at home. The environment is wonderful, children of a wide age range can find something to play with, and it's wonderful how Carole knows who to reach out to, if you want any additional services. Ask for what you feel would make your child happy, and Carole will make it happen!
We had a Snow White character last year, and karaoke this year. It was always perfectly organized, very easy and smooth! It's a pleasure to work and ....play with Pamper and Carole: the kids are SO happy, they enjoy the arts and crafts activities and I strongly recommend this wonderful place for any parties, day activities and all the many other theme parties Carole organizes. It feels safe to have your children in this environment and the fun is always there! Thank you so much for such a perfect service! Last but not least, it is great to still have in L.A. a place with such great service for almost anybody's budget, and that really matters when you have more than one child! Best wishes for a continued success with your awesome service.

  • I had such a great experience here, the owner was caring and sweet, you can tell she opened this place to help parents and that's what it does. I was able to be in the lounge, which is close enough to see your kids, but far enough to get some work done. Both my boys loved it. They made hats, got faux tattoos, sung, played games, and were kept very active. For almost 2 hours they played and didn't yell for me once, which was a great blessing. I highly recommend this place.

  • Ditto with the size etc that hasn't changed but I COMMEND the owner Carol for being so hands on and present She has delightful upbeat energy, as do the employees. Ally and Priscilla are gems. My son loves love this spot. You CAN bring snacks too so that is a plus. Also all the camp and parent night out deals are great choices. Carol and employees are sweet too in creating activities - art project work outside, pull out a parachute, play songs with dancing, etc. I love this spot. I feel like 3 is about the perfect age for this spot!

  • BEST. PARTY PLACE. EVER.

    In a few words:
    - Size of P&P: PERFECT SIZE for bday parties (do you really want to be running the length of a football field, chasing after your little one?).
    - Economical: Best price in town, especially considering all the perks that come with it.
    - Total Freedom: P&P couldn't have been more accommodating for all our special requests!
    In a few more words:
We recently had a combo party for my 1-year-old son / 40-year-old husband (we surprised him... he was definitely surprised lol!) and I knew it would be amazing from the minute Carole sent me the stunning personalized e-invitation (oh that's right, she's an uber-talented graphic artist).
We had approx 30 people, and there was PLENTY of room. The kids ran around totally excited for 3 hours straight, and I know many of us adults enjoyed some quieter chat/ relaxation upstairs (a kid-free zone at a birthday party venue? Umm... YES PLEASE!).
We made ourselves right at home. Brought all the decorations/ food/ drink we wanted; P&P was happy to accommodate for special arrangements.
Carole + a Play Supervisor (Paige is amazing!) helped us with all the set-up, take-down, and activities with kids throughout the party. Thanks to Carole + Co., everything ran like a well-oiled machine.
A dream party from start to finish. Couldn't have imagined anything better for my mens' special celebration. We have definitely fallen in love with P&P, and I can't imagine our lives without this amazing place!

  • When I have kids of my own someday, I absolutely cannot wait to frequent Pamper And Play. Hey, that rhymed!
Seriously - I cannot recommend Pamper and Play enough. The design of the place is just lovely - the colors are fun and friendly, yet calming. They have such a cute and absolutely relaxing location - the "parents" hideaway upstairs is cozy and perfect for catching up on emails/phone calls/etc. while the tykes are downstairs running around with plenty a toy and adventurous kid-friendly architecture to choose from.
They have a very competent and sincerely caring staff - one is always nearby to ensure your little ones are having a fantastic time. Carole (the owner) is absolutely fantastic and sweet and works very hard to ensure that all enjoy their time there. They always have creative parties and gatherings (check out their website calendar for upcoming events) with some fun things for kids (and adults) to participate in.

  • We love Pamper & Play. It is clean and the staff is so wonderful. The boys always have a blast when we go, either for classes, drop off nights, day camps or when I just need to get out of the house and do some work. It is awesome, they always make a new friend and come home with a great art project.

  • This unique place is great for parents who have young children and work from home. My wife discovered Pamper & Play two months ago and our almost two year-old now wants to go just about every day. (Our 6 year-old loves it too. He's been on two Saturdays.) It's basically a supervised play area complete with mini trampoline and gymnastics bar, mini indoor car coaster, play kitchen, dress up area, slide, ball pool, and small outdoor play area. The best part is the parents' lounge upstairs with wifi and coffee. I bring my laptop and work there while my son gets a few supervised play hours in with other kids his age. The staff is great and really do play with the kids, read stories, do art projects etc. and it's the most affordable and personal option we've found.

  • I've been looking for a pre-school and most places cost around 1000+ a month...so in looking for some transitional preschool type environments with SUPERVISION and REASONABLE costs...I am very happy with Pamper and Play at around 160.00 a month with weekend drop off times too!! I looked at Giggles and Hugs in Century City but parking costs add up very quickly and it's easy to spend 12.00 on parking a day, it's also overwhelming for my 2 year old. Under the sea doesn't provide supervised play so I don't get a break. But pamper and play has a lot of street parking, lovely and caring supervision, indoor and outdoor activities and craft time, music, bubbles, games, pretend dress up....and a space for much needed SANITY TIME for mommies (and daddies too). It's a TREASURE.
It's also my son's favorite place.. and he is 6. He got wacked a few times at Giggles n hugs by their wii game remote...and never wants to go back there. He may love transformers but he loves care bears too. And so we held a playdate Birthday Party for him recently here. Mommies lounged upstairs drinking tea and eating chocolate and the kids made gack ( a great sensory type of play dough) and had glitter tattoos, pizza delivered, and sooooo much fun!! It is the PERFECT place for future play dates!!!!! And LOVELY birthday memories!!! A wonderful find!!

  • BEST INVENTION EVER for a mom! My only regret is not knowing about this place since it's been open - GENIUS and SO needed! I can't even begin to tell you how valuable it is - The only thing that would make this place better is to have yoga available too - one of these days I'm going to try that hair salon next door, too (another thing impossible to do with a toddler in tow) - love the lounge upstairs - just put my head phones on, tune out, have my coffee, surf the web, catch up on email and be human again - all while my daughter is generously entertained and catered to just downstairs - worth every penny and more.

  • I've been taking my daughter (age 6) to P&P for a couple of years for Yoga classes and Yoga Camps, we LOVE it. Carol and the staff are very attentive and personable. The location is extremely easy to find and parking is plentiful on the street and in the back.

Open play is simply awesome, the ability to supervise without having to watch the kids every second is simply amazing. The upstairs parents lounge is cozy and lends itself to quiet conversation or reading. Plus they have a nifty keurig machine to make really good coffee.
The pricing can't be beat, the location is excellent, and the staff is professional and courteous. All in all, a fantastic business that we'll keep going to year in and out.

  • I'll be honest. I'm a very neurotic, high intensity stay-at-home mom. But I'm also a writer and after a year and a half I was DESPERATELY needing a few hours to myself. Not to mention my adorable little toddler was needing some SOCIALIZATION!! We started P&P by paying a la carte and my almost 2-year-old loved it within a week. It was a nice luxury to be able to stay with him and ease the (horrible because I spoiled him!) separation anxiety and then after a few sessions he grew to love the supervised play instructors and now (at 26 months) he even LOVES the drop off plays and special activities they are offering all the time. Most importantly we love the PRESCHOOL TRANSITION PROGRAM. I can't tell you how much this has helped my little guy understand listening to instructions, following the teacher, and interacting (and playing nicely!) with kiddos his own age. I was worried about starting him in pre-school next year without some sort of "practice" and this was the perfect fit! We pack a snack and a diaper and he actually fights me to go home! Love it! I tried doing this type of thing at my local gym and it just didn't work. I didn't have the gentle transition I was hoping for, or the space to interact with him in his new environment. I would suggest paying for a few visits to see how your little one does, get comfortable with the place, and then get a monthly membership asap! Remember, once you've introduced them to a new space and they are beginning to enjoy and be intrigued, it's a good thing to leave and give them a bit of independence! :) My little guy's personality has really blossomed, and it's so beneficial for him to respond to other authorities besides mommy, and learn how to interact with kids his age, and even bit younger and older. I think P&P promotes positive interaction, independent play, cooperation and creativity. They help little tykes to be active and explorative. I'm on a tight budget and I've done my research. There's really nothing else like it in Los Angeles. So join up and give my toddler another buddy friend! :) You can work (or read your People magazine) upstairs in their air-conditioned lounge, or go explore the 1-block radius (which has a lot to offer!)

  • Went to open play on Sunday and it was so great. I thought it was just open play, but the staff were also supervising all the kids in the room and playing with kids. They all were so sweet and very good with kids. It looked small but it was the perfect size for my child. The place is nicely designed and very cute.

I also booked my child's birthday party. The owner Carol is the sweetest & nicest person. I called/emailed a few other facilities for the birthday party but never got response from them. I emailed Pamper and Play and she emailed back a few days later and apologizing that delayed response. I emailed on the weekends and I expected their response within 3-5 days. All the planning went very smooth and they are the easiest people to work with. The price is very reasonable and Carol is very creative person that we are just so happy to find them. They also have parents morning and night out. We are planning to use those service as well.
Best of all, my child really loves going there and loves their facility and people who work there. They have bunch of toys, small slide, and cute kitchen that all children stay at for a long time. Also the pink vintage phone.:)

  • I wanted to wait until after I had visited this place several times before I wrote my review (just to make sure I wasn't imagining its awesomeness) Well, this place is awesome! My 2.5 yr old son asks to come here everyday! Let me breakdown why I love this place so much:
The building: It's not too big. It's not too small... It's just right. There is a ton of natural light that comes in through the windows. The paint is fresh and bright and it has a lovely coordinating theme from the play area up to the parents lounge. There is a gate installed at the front door so you don't have to worry about your child going out front. There is a range of toys for boys and girls to play with. The best part... everything is clean!!! (They do have a limited parking lot in the back but there is a ton of meter parking on the street and two hour parking in the neighborhood behind the building.)
The parents lounge: It has nice comfy chairs to sit in, free wifi, coffee... It's great! I'm able to go up there for a couple hours and get a ton of work done all while my son is playing in a safe/controlled environment and having a blast! It is also a great place to relax if you have a small infant in tow or if you're still breastfeeding. There is a nursing pillow and cover provided upstairs too.
The staff: The owner and the play supervisors are just so kind and wonderful with children! They don't sit back and watch the kids. They are actively involved with them. They constantly suggest things to do to keep the kids entertained: "Do you want to go play with the trains?" "Do you want to read books?" "Do you want to go out back and paint?" "Do you want to play in the ball pit?" etc. It is fantastic!!!
I'm SO glad I found this place!! It is wonderful!!!

  • I love, love, love this place and so does my 3.5 year old daughter. The staff is great, they know how to make the absolute most of their toys, and it is so nice to get a little break knowing your child is nearby and having a blast.

  • My son loves Pamper & Play. The people who work there are very caring and give a lot of individual attention to kids. It's a definitely a Godsend!

  • We just had a princess themed birthday party for our 5-year old daughter at Pamper & Play, and it was (in my daughter's words) the BEST PARTY EVER! As a working mom who can get a little anal-retentive about the details, I thought Carole was a dream to work with. She was not only accommodating and responsive (responding promptly to my numerous emails), she was really fun to work with and super creative. When I inquired about a "real" princess and a photographer for the party, she did all of the research and provided me with referrals (both of whom ended up being terrific). On the day of the party, Carole was there from 7:00 a.m. until well after the party ended. Carole and her staff are great with the kids (and parents) and very easygoing. The indoor space provided for different play areas - the pretend house area and the ball pit were big hits with the kids. Our daughter was ecstatic during the entire party and I think all of her friends (and their parents) had a great time as well. The parent loft area was nice because it allowed parents to get away while still keeping an eye on their kids. I HIGHLY recommend Pamper & Play for your next kids' party!!

  • I walked into this indoor playroom expecting it to be just like any other. Honestly though, it's in a league of it's own!! It is a warm, happy, fun place for little kids to run and play.. and most importantly, IT'S CLEAN!!
The owner, Carol, is a true pleasure to be around. It was a no brainer for us to do our girls' birthday party there. Carol was SO helpful, SO accommodating, and SO sweet, creative, and patient with all the questions I had to ensure it was just what we wanted :)
All of our guests walked away wowed by pamper and play and were excited to come back with their kids.
I highly recommend at least popping in and letting your kids get a taste of the place. Carol has made sure to make their business hours to best service the at home and working moms.. so everyone gets a chance to come watch their kids have a blast. What could be better?!

  • Pamper and Play is a GODSEND. As a work-from-home mom, we were unable to afford preschool for our 3 year old son and it was SO HARD to have him home with me. I felt terrible with the amount of TV he was watching and it was hard to get enough work done. Then along came P&P. We got a membership and I can come here with my laptop and enjoy the free Wi-fi upstairs in the parent lounge while my son has a ball playing downstairs with the wonderful childcare supervisors. (I'm there right now and he's playing a choo-choo game with music and little percussion shakers). I get my work done, he has a great time, and I can hear what he's up to, stop to have a snack or lunch with him, etc... He also loves the new water play/picnic/art area out back. The parent lounge is outfitted with comfy chairs, nice lighting, pretty decor, and free coffee. When my 7 year old is out of school she also enjoys playing here. We also LOVE the drop off play times that you get for free once a week if you're a member. Just last week my husband and I dropped our son off from 10am-2pm for free and had a date! It's near lots of restaurants and the Westside Pavillion too. I'm so grateful for Pamper and Play and the great staff that keeps my son happy while mama gets some work done!

  • Visited with my 3-year-old girl. My daughter liked the toy kitchen and wooden slide structure best. Slide structure also has rope with pulley and basket, which I liked a lot. Ball pit is nice, nylon choo-choo train big enough for kids to crawl into is fun, too. My girl liked the mini drawing easel with markers. She used a toy xylophone for the first time here. Also, staff is great with kids, of course.
