Meet The Team

Carole Cablk

Owner, Creator & “Head Momma in Charge”
Carole is mother of two very energetic boys, ages 6 and 3. She had the idea for Pamper & Play when she left her traditional 9 to 5 job as a creative director to become a freelance graphic designer and work from home mom. Carole also taught parent and tot classes at YMCA LA when her children were toddlers. She loves children and understands the challenges of raising them at a time when the roles of moms and dads are changing. “I used to dream of place where I could drop in and relax or get some work done while my kids had a blast! So I created it. When you have toddler boys, you need someone to keep an eye on your children who really cares so you can get some peace. Whether you are a stay at home mom, work from home parent or working parent, it’s nice to be able to depend on quality help from time to time.” Carole has completed 24 hours of PET Parent Effectiveness Training.

Beccah Brock

Assistant Manager / Play Supervisor
When she grows up, Beccah wants to be a forest land firefighter! Until then, the reason that she loves working at Pamper & Play is simple. Because kids make her happy. Their honesty, trust, humor and carefree spirit inspire her. That is why she has been a great fit at Pamper & Play since it first opened in 2011. Before then, Beccah was a nanny and also worked in child watch at the YMCA. She enjoys basketball and softball and loves animals, which means that most kids love playing with Beccah! She thinks that Greg Mortensen said it best in his quote: “When you take the time to actually listen, with humility, to what people have to say, it's amazing what you can learn. Especially if the people who are doing the talking also happen to be children.” Beccah has completed 24 hours of PET Parent Effectiveness Training.

Donchelle Florence

Promotions Director / Play Supervisor
Chelle is a mom to two kids, Nevaeh age 6, and Jojo age 4. She is also a graduate of Shaw University who studied psychology and criminal justice. Her long term goal is to obtain a masters degree in child psychology and to become a child therapist. "I love working at Pamper & Play because its allows children to explore their imaginative side through creative play. Children are our future. We must encourage and motivate them to explore outside the box. Pamper & Play allows children to do just that." Chelle has completed 24 hours of PET Parent Effectiveness Training.
